Resiliency Kindled, PLLC

Grief isn't just going to end one day. Can't just stuff it in the closet. Numb it. It will still be there waiting.

Grief
Grieving can feel like an overwhelming emotional situation that looks like deep sadness, confusion, anger and even guilt. Navigating your daily life may be challenging because grief affects our bodies, feelings and relationships, work and well-being. You may feel isolated in your pain, struggling to communicate feelings to friends and family. You may be wondering if anyone else has felt the way you are feeling.

Grief therapy can be a supportive place where you can share your feelings without judgment. Don't worry. I have plenty of kleenex! I tell my clients to feel what they are feeling. Sometimes, we have moments where we laugh. Sometimes we cuss, too. Whatever helps.
I can offer tools so you can cope with the complex emotions of grief, helping you find meaning in your loss and explore healthy strategies.

I'm here to gently guide you towards healing and resilience. Your days will begin to feel lighter. As a bereaved parent, I can walk alongside you through this heartbreak and loss as you find a spark of hope again. Motivation will come back for those activities you once enjoyed.
Gradually over time, we will collaborate to help you find your new normal.

About Me
My passion is in helping people navigate life-changing grief from the death of a loved one through personalized counseling. I can help you through this journey of grief with tools that will honor the memory of your loved one and light the path toward a future with more joy. You will find a way to integrate this loss into your life and find meaning again. As a bereaved parent, I know this journey.

Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling

Located in the Hayden/ Coeur d'Alene Idaho area, I specialize in grief counseling and therapy. I can provide the specific tools you need to process your loss (of any type) and find your new normal. I can help you partner with your brain to better cope. The way our brains process a traumatic event has to do with our past experiences. We can explore that impact and use relevant tools to help you move from survival mode to thriving again. I can guide you toward making small changes that will increase positive thoughts and feelings.

I am licensed in Washington and Idaho as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I can see clients in-person on Wednesdays and Thursdays at my local office in Hayden, Idaho and on Tuesdays via telehealth.
My rate is $150 for a 50 minute session for individual counseling. This is a great option for someone who wants to be seen confidentially (without a diagnosis given to an insurance company). With insurance deductibles as high as they are, you will most likely pay less out of pocket to see me.
This also opens up more flexibility for us to have longer sessions if that is what you'd like.
I currently accept some insurances, please call me for a free 15 minute consultation and will figure this out together. If I'm considered out of network, I can provide you with a Super Bill that you can provide to your insurance company for reimbursement.
